As an Ad Operations Manager at Sparteo your primary mission will be to oversee the smooth and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (including specific platforms like Google Ad Manager DV360 or other relevant DSPs/SSPs). You will be responsible for working closely with internal teams (sales account management tech) and external stakeholders to ensure campaign success performance tracking and client satisfaction while also contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and solutions within the team.

Campaign Management &
- Set up monitor and optimize campaigns across different advertising platforms (e.g. display video audio).
- Manage budgets pacing and delivery to ensure campaigns are aligned with client KPIs and goals.
- Communicate clear performance benchmarks and provide regular updates.
- Leverage specific tools and ad servers for campaign tracking reporting and optimization ensuring a high level of technical proficiency.
Performance ysis & Optimization
- Dive deep into data to yze performance and recommend optimizations.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement within the campaign lifecycle and propose new solutions.
- Ensure the reliable and efficient of campaigns while also suggesting performance improvements to optimize ROI.
- Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
CrossFunctional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams (Sales Account Management and Tech) to ensure seamless campaign operations.
- Serve as a technical liaison between clients and internal development teams to solve complex issues.
- Communicate effectively about progress challenges and opportunities for campaign improvements.
Team Leadership & Development
- Train and mentor new team members on campaign management best practices.
- Act as a team lead on certain projects helping to ensure knowledgesharing and process standardization.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the ad operations team.
- Experience: Proven background in ad operations programmatic advertising or a similar field with experience in managing and optimizing campaigns across various platforms. A solid understanding of major ad servers DSPs SSPs and other programmatic tools is required.
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of ad servers DSPs SSPs and other digital advertising technologies. Experience in troubleing ad delivery and performance issues is a plus.
- ytical Ss: Ability to interpret data provide actionable insights and drive campaign optimizations.
- ProblemSolving Aptitude: Quick learner with the ability to trouble and resolve campaign issues efficiently.
- Communication Ss: Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both internal teams and clients.
- Team Collaboration: Experience in working closely with crossfunctional teams and fostering team growth.
