Role and Missions — What You Will Do

As a Senior Ad Monetization Manager, you will be in charge of designing and executing ad strategies across Homa’s game portfolio as well as new games in production. Your work will directly impact how ads are integrated into gameplay, from frequency and placement to testing new ad formats. This is an exciting, hands-on role where your decisions and insights will drive Homa’s ad revenue growth and enhance our ad monetization framework.

You will be in charge of:

  • Ad Strategy Execution: Collaborate with the Head of Ad Monetization to implement strategies that optimize ad placements, formats, and experiences across our games. You’ll help ensure ads are thoughtfully integrated to drive revenue without compromising gameplay.
  • Inventory Optimization: Manage ad placements, balancing frequency, type (rewarded, interstitials, banners), and placement to maximize eCPM and ARPDAU. Your analysis and adjustments will contribute to ongoing ad performance improvements.
  • Data Analysis & Optimization: Leverage data analytics to track ad performance metrics like fill rates, eCPM, and retention impact. Use insights to make informed optimizations that enhance revenue and player satisfaction.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product & user acquisition teams to support ad integration. Your collaboration will help ensure ads align with both the game’s vision and player engagement goals.
  • Vendor Management & Testing: Maintain and enhance relationships with ad networks and mediation platforms. Test new ad formats and troubleshoot issues to optimize ad performance and partner satisfaction.
  • A/B Testing & Experimentation: Support the setup, execution, and analysis of A/B tests and experiments. Your testing efforts will help fine-tune ad strategies, ensuring we stay innovative and player-focused.

Requirements

If you’re creative, ambitious, and up for taking over the industry, we want you on our team We are also looking for:

  • Monetization Experience: 3+ years of experience in mobile gaming ad monetization, including expertise with ad mediation platforms like AdMob or IronSource. Strong knowledge of ad types and placements is essential.
  • Data and Analytics Proficiency: A solid grasp of key ad metrics (eCPM, ARPDAU, fill rate), with proven skills in interpreting data and making revenue-enhancing decisions.
  • Team Player & Collaborator: Experience working cross-functionally, ideally with product, user acquisition, or design teams, to align monetization strategies with game objectives.
  • Ad Network & Vendor Savvy: Familiarity with key ad networks and real-time bidding; programmatic knowledge is a plus.
  • Testing & Optimization Skills: Hands-on experience with A/B testing and ad optimization, with a focus on creating player-friendly, effective ad experiences.
