- Create practical security-operations cases and judge whether AI advice would improve or weaken defenses.
- Develop scenarios from alert triage through investigation, remediation and response.
- Write reference decisions with their investigative reasoning.
- Assess proposed actions for technical accuracy and operational consequences.
- Identify plausible-looking guidance that introduces security risk.
- At least 2 years in security operations, incident response or vulnerability management.
- Hands-on SIEM, EDR or vulnerability-scanning experience.
- Depth in detection engineering, threat hunting, GRC or a related area.
- Clear English explanations and at least 10 hours per week.
- Security+, CySA+, CISSP or GIAC credentials.
- SOC leadership or incident-command experience.
- Python or PowerShell automation.
