Je suis Marie-Laure MESCLON Consultante Exécutive chez FED Finance, cabinet entièrement dédié au recrutement des métiers de la Finance de Marché et je recherche pour mon client, une société de gestion, une ou un Risk Manager. Encadré(e) par le Responsable, vous soutenez l'équipe au quotidien sur les missions suivantes : * Vous contribuez et mettez en œuvre la politique et les procédures de gestion des risques de la société de gestion ; * Vous développez des indicateurs de mesure des risques et des systèmes de limitation de risques ; * Vous mettez en place des mécanismes de génération d'alertes ; * Vous coordonnez et pilotez les projets avec les responsables de service et les accompagnez dans leurs activités transversales, en apportant une vision globale des risques ; * Vous assurez un support technique aux équipes grâce à une connaissance approfondie des outils disponibles ; * Vous contribuez à la mise en place, la maintenance et l'évolution d'un outil de comptabilité analytique, permettant le suivi et la production de reportings à destination de la direction ; * Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec l'ensemble des équipes, dans un environnement fortement transversal. De formation supérieure (Ingénieur ou Grande École), vous disposez d'une expérience significative dans un environnement bancaire ou financier, idéalement au sein d'une direction des risques, financière ou de contrôle de gestion. Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos qualités de synthèse, fiabilité et rigueur, ainsi que pour votre aisance relationnelle qui vous permet de collaborer efficacement avec des interlocuteurs variés. Votre autonomie, votre curiosité intellectuelle et votre envie de concevoir, développer et faire évoluer des outils et projets sont essentielles pour réussir dans cette fonction. Votre dynamisme, proactivité, esprit d'équipe, réactivité et capacités rédactionnelles seront également des atouts majeurs pour évoluer dans cet environnement exigeant et formateur. Compétences techniques requises * Maîtrise impérative d'Excel, PowerPoint et Access ; * Solides compétences en programmation VBA, Java et C++ ; * Connaissance de SQL indispensable pour la gestion et l'analyse de données ; * La maîtrise de Tableau Software serait un atout supplémentaire pour la visualisation et le suivi des indicateurs ; * Une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais est un atout supplémentaire. Une rémunération fixe entre 65 K€ et 80 K€ est prévue en fonction du profil + intéressement (max 10% du salaire brut) + prime discrétionnaire. Télétravail partiel possible, à hauteur d'1 jour par semaine. Vous serez amené(e) à travailler dans des bureaux agréables localisés à Paris 9eme.
