This is the brand team building the AI-native ERP set on replacing finance software – and they need people to define how it looks.
Veuillez lire attentivement la description de poste suivante pour vous assurer que vous correspondez bien à ce rôle avant de postuler.
The audience is CFOs and accountants – people who notice when something feels cheap and respond when something feels considered – and almost nobody designs boldly for them. The creative direction is deliberately modern while still holding the trust finance teams require. You’d be designing for a conservative audience with license to subvert it.
The Role
You’ll define the visual identity across web, print, events and campaigns, owning the full website as a living expression of the brand, from landing pages to feature design, balancing craft and conversion.
You’ll direct creative for CFO dinners, conference booths and sponsored activations, and build the scalable systems – deck masters, social frameworks, print standards – that let quality compound as the company scales into a new UK market. You’ll challenge briefs and translate positioning into work that lands. This is not an executional seat; you’re expected to bring ideas and shape early direction.
The Package
€140,000 – €170,000
Remote working in Europe or Latin America
Equity ownership package
Flexible PTO
401(k), medical, dental, vision, commuter benefits
Dedicated L&D budget
The Person
You likely have 4+ years across in-house B2B SaaS, a strong agency, or both. You’ve built and evolved brand systems, not just worked within them, across identity, web, print and events.
Fluency in Figma and Adobe CS is a must; Webflow is a plus. xwjxdcb You want to be in New York, in person, and you’re ready to shape a function – what we’re really after is a fresh perspective
