*Airbus Commercial Aircraft* is looking for a *Human and Organisational Factors (HOF) Specialist in Robotics (f/m)* to join our HOF Center of Expertise based in *Toulouse, France*.
You will join a passionate team bringing HOF and User-Centered Design principles to robotics and industrial machinery.
In this role, you will contribute to production efficiency, safety, and operator health while driving the growth of human factors across Airbus manufacturing sites.
