Nous poursuivons notre développement et recherchons actuellement un Delivery Manager SAP pour intervenir chez un de nos clients.
Mission
Au sein de la Direction Technique de la DSI EME et sous la responsabilité du Responsable de Production Entreprise Solutions, nous recherchons un ingénieur opérations / production sur le domaine Entrerpise comprenant SAP ECC et S4 HANA
Ainsi, les principales missions seront :
Les Opérations :
Sur le volet applicatif/fonctionnel, le suivi de la mise en œuvre du service & des applications. Garant du TTO (Time to Own) , TTR (Time to Resolve) en vue d’une mise sous support conforme.
Sur le volet Technique:
1. la validation des choix techniques opérés par les intégrateurs
2. le suivi capacitaire et des performances
3. le pilotage des incidents complexes, des problèmes et des changements majeurs
4. la participation à l’optimisation du système et de la chaine technique, le garant de la disponibilité de service (DRP, monitoring…).
Le domaine applicatif étant principalement SAP ECC et SAP S4 HANA mais extensible à d’autre sapplications du domaine.
Les Projets :
Le suivi des projets techniques de migration avec l’accompagnement des équipes d’intégration fonctionnelles et des équipes techniques (Sécurité, Cloud, Opération, Intégration…).
Dans le volet projet, on retrouve également la gestion de la demande ainsi que la validation des dossiers architectures avec la cellule architecture
L’accompagnement des équipes projets (Back-Office, Front Office) comme Garant de l’opérabilité de l’application cloud
L’ingénieur Opérations Production sera également garant des mises en production / exploitations.
Ce volet de pilotage induit une mise en cohérence des besoins techniques vs les besoins fonctionnel.
En sus une participation à des ateliers fonctionnels.
La participation aux comités techniques projets, le suivi de la livraison des environnements, de la capacité et de la disponibilité des applications.
Veiller au respect des délais.
Être force de propositions concernant des plans d’amélioration à réaliser par les différentes parties.
