Mathilde Bluteau a rejoint le groupe en tant que vice-présidente en avril 2024, afin de diriger le développement commercial en France, orchestrant les activités des entités et en collaboration avec les directeurs généraux.
Contexte du poste
Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Assistant(e) Exécutif(ve) et Projets Stratégiques, un poste essentiel qui offre un soutien direct à la vice-présidente, Mathilde Bluteau. Vous serez chargé(e) de coordonner les projets stratégiques, en agissant comme un facilitateur et un conseiller stratégique. En tant que consultant(e), vous occuperez une position neutre vis-à-vis de tous les MD, afin de les assister dans leurs prises de décisions. Votre aide sera précieuse dans le soutient opérationnel permanent.
Vos responsabilités :
- Assister le VP dans la mise en œuvre et l'assurance de la bonne exécution de la stratégie globale de l'entreprise et des opérations quotidiennes, en jouant un rôle de facilitateur.
- Identifier de manière proactive toutes les opportunités susceptibles d'ajouter de la valeur au VP et à l'entreprise.
- Collaborer avec les membres de l'équipe de direction pour déterminer et prioriser les stratégies business. Travailler étroitement avec les équipes du groupe en Allemagne et dans les autres pays du groupe.
- Agir en tant que conseiller stratégique pour le VP et l'équipe de direction.
- Consolider, suivre et coordonner la feuille de route de la France et assurer le déploiement des feuilles de route dans les différentes entités.
- Assurer l'efficacité des réunions de direction en fournissant un soutien dans la définition de l'ordre du jour, la préparation des réunions et le respect du timing.
- Garantir un haut niveau de qualité et de cohérence dans le contenu présenté en comités.
- Rédiger des e-mails, des présentations et des discours au besoin.
- Agir en tant que représentant du VP.
- Participer et soutenir sur des sujets ou projets stratégiques spécifiques, occasionnellement, pour accélérer la phase de conception ou la mise en œuvre opérationnelle.
- Fournir un soutien administratif au VP (suivre l'agenda et gérer les déplacements).
Votre profil :
Vous possédez une expérience confirmée dans la conduite de projets complexes et stratégiques, ou dans une fonction équivalente.
Vous maîtrisez parfaitement l'écosystème des technologies de l'information. Doté(e) d'une aisance relationnelle, vous êtes capable de vous adapter dans divers contextes et face à des interlocuteurs variés. Votre aptitude à synthétiser l'information est également un atout.
Enfin, vous êtes fluent en anglais.
Ce poste est basé dans la régions parisienne, au choix dans l'une des localisations suivantes : Antony (92), Roissy (95), les Ulis (91).
Vous serez amené à vous déplacer régulièrement sur nos différents sites en France.
La rémunération se situe entre 55K et 65K fixe brut, selon le niveau d'expérience.
