IDEMIA, leader mondial des technologies d'identité, recrute un Customer Support Engineer (CSE) Sécurité/ Ingénieur Support Client - Sécurité pour renforcer son équipe dédiée au support des systèmes déployés chez nos clients du secteur public.


Le CSE Sécurité contribue avec l'équipe CyberSécurité à la sécurisation des systèmes déployés chez nos clients. Pour cela, pour chaque faille de sécurité communiquée par l'équipe CyberSécurité ou par le client, il a un rôle clé dans le processus de remédiation au travers de l'identification des systèmes clients potentiellement impactés, la validation des correctifs fournis par les équipes produits et l'accompagnement au déploiement auprès de nos partenaires et clients. Le CSE sécurité devra en relation avec l'équipe CyberSecurité d'IDEMIA, identifier les programmes RUN impactés par les failles de sécurité, installer et tester les correctifs et accompagner nos administrateurs Internes ou Externes. Il devra faire le suivi des déploiements des correctifs de sécurité et faire le reporting vers le management.



Vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes :

  • Identifier l’impact des failles de sécurité publiées sur nos systèmes.
  • Identifier les programmes RUN impactés par ces failles.
  • Installer et tester les correctifs sur nos bancs de tests.
  • Développer ou adapter des scripts d’installation de correctifs de sécurité.
  • Documenter les procédures d'installation pour nos administrateurs internes et externes.
  • Accompagner nos partenaires et clients dans le déploiement des correctifs, voire effectuer ces déploiements sur site si nécessaire.
  • Analyser l’environnement des systèmes pour évaluer la pertinence des correctifs et des tests à réaliser.
  • Participer aux audits de sécurité sur les systèmes clients.
  • Assurer un suivi des déploiements et un reporting régulier vers le management.



Compétences techniques requises :

  • Systèmes d’exploitation : Maîtrise de Windows et Linux, ainsi que des environnements virtualisés (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Serveurs d’applications : Expertise en JBOSS, Tomcat, ou d'autres serveurs d’applications Java JEE.
  • Scripts et automatisation : Compétences en scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) pour automatiser les tâches administratives et les déploiements.
  • Bases de données : Administration et optimisation avancées de bases de données (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Réseaux : Bonne connaissance des protocoles (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS), pare-feux, VPN, et systèmes IDS/IPS.
  • Sécurité : Connaissance des vulnérabilités de sécurité et des techniques de remédiation.


Atouts supplémentaires :

  • Sécurité informatique : Expérience en PenTesting (Metasploit, Burp Suite), tests d’intrusion, et connaissance des normes ISO/IEC 27001 et GDPR.
  • Cloud computing : Maîtrise des environnements Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) et des technologies comme Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Outils de surveillance : Connaissance des outils comme Nagios, Zabbix, et des systèmes de gestion des incidents (ServiceNow, Jira).
