BRAND COMMUNICATION * Participation à l'élaboration d'un plan de communication 360° multicanal (consommateurs, ECP, prescripteurs) * Coordination de la création de supports de communication et de vente avec les équipes internes et partenaires externes * Développement de l'écosystème digital : site web, réseaux sociaux, activation média B2B/B2C * Gestion des plateformes internes * Mise en oeuvre et suivi des campagnes trade marketing et événements (roadshows, trunkshows, événements corporate) * Suivi de la mise en place des packs de communication et outils d'aide à la vente en magasin BRAND STRATEGY & PRODUCT INNOVATION * Contribution au plan d'activation marketing (portfolio, pricing, distribution) * Coordination avec les équipes locales pour planifier les actions et partager les best practices * Veille concurrentielle et analyse des tendances pour identifier les opportunités marché * Définition du mix marketing produit en cohérence avec la stratégie * Suivi des lancements de collections à l'international et formation interne sur les innovations * Analyse des ventes et recommandations d'actions correctives ou de développement Avantage d'un grand Groupe. Politique de télétravail* Master en marketing international ou équivalent * Expérience en conduite de l'innovation, développement de nouveaux concepts produits et positionnement de marque * Expérience dans un environnement international et multiculturel * Maîtrise du mix marketing et capacité à construire une approche centrée consommateur * Capacité à mener des actions marketing opérationnelles B2C et B2B * À l'aise pour communiquer en public, travailler en équipe et piloter des projets 360° * Capacité à penser "consommateur" et à mener des actions marketing B2B2C * Maîtrise de l'anglais écrit et oral indispensable * La connaissance d'une autre langue est un plus
