Le poste ?

Intégré(e) au sein d’une équipe à taille humaine, pour le compte de notre client, tu rejoins nos équipes pour contribuer à la réussite de nos projets auxquels tu apporteras tes compétences et ton esprit d’équipe.

Tu participes à l’ensemble des activités et proposes des solutions adaptées aux besoins de nos projets.

Tu évolues dans un contexte AGILE au sein d’une ambiance de travail collaborative.

Vos missions

Tu as la possibilité de :

Identifier et contribuer à la définition des besoins du métier

Organiser des ateliers internes

Suivre les livrables, les budgets, les risques, les plannings, le respect des procédures internes

Suivre et vérifier l’avancement du projet (qualité/coût/délai) et le respect du cahier des charges

Communiquer sur l’avancée du projet

Poste à pourvoir en CDI.

Vos compétences

Profil du candidat //

Toi ?

Issu de formation supérieure BAC+5 en management de projet ou équivalent. Inscrit dans une démarche de qualité, tu maîtrises les méthodes de gestion de projet et tu
disposes d’une première expérience significative. Nous recherchons plusieurs profils, si tu as diverses expériences significatives, nous prenons aussi

Une appétence et une curiosité technique pour l’environnement bancaire
serait un plus.

Tu es un très bon communiquant en Français et Anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.

Tu maîtrises : Excel, Powerpoint, MSProject, SAP

Tu es reconnu pour tes qualités d’écoute, ton aisance relationnelle et ton dynamisme

Et la suite ?

1. Tu rencontres d’abord l’équipe RH pour parler de tes attentes, ton projet, ton
futur

2. Puis les managers pour parler concret : missions, projets, parcours de carrière et
bien sûr salaires et avantages

3. Et tu discutes avec un de nos Tech Leads, pour évaluer tes compétences/ te
challenger.
