ITW Performance Polymers is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Transportation and General Industrial markets. You will own strategic plans, identify opportunities, and push long‑term growth with an entrepreneurial spirit and hunter mindset.
The role requires significant travel, strong relationship skills, and the ability to negotiate with OEMs and Tier suppliers. Salesforce familiarity is a plus.
