De Beers Group in London seeks a Retail Excellence and Performance Manager for EMEA and US to elevate retail performance through robust sales operations, KPI governance and deployment of excellence standards. The role partners with Retail, Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance and Training to ensure alignment and sustainable growth.
You will define KPIs, build dashboards, support forecasting and budgeting, lead cross-functional initiatives, and oversee weekly reports from boutiques.
