5+ years Job Title/Function: Project or Program Management, Project Manager Technical Specialties: Data Quality, Reporting, Document Management Client experiencing significant operational difficulties with incoming mail management and document management (paper and digital flows). Following an audit of the current service provider, a comprehensive program has been launched to secure data flows, restore service quality, and prepare for a change of provider. Within this context, the client is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Business Analyst, focused on project management, risk management, and on-site delivery, capable of taking control of a degraded system and rapidly advancing projects.

A profile focused on field delivery, risk management, and close monitoring. Strong business/business expertise, capable of advocating for operational needs with IT and service providers.
