The Role

As a Business Analyst, you will be the bridge between our clients and our technical implementation teams - gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, and ensuring that every LIMS configuration truly meets customer expectations.

You will collaborate with project managers, configuration designers, and application programmers to deliver high-quality, fit-for-purpose solutions on time.

Your Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand, document, and translate business processes into clear functional specifications
• Facilitate client workshops to gather and define detailed business requirements
• Create and manage Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS) within project scope
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless handover from requirements to configuration and development
• Support data migration and master data setup in coordination with clients
• Lead or support acceptance testing (UAT), documenting issues and managing resolution
• Work closely with Project Managers to manage timelines, scope changes, and delivery expectations
• Provide day-to-day client support during implementation and transition phases
• Coordinate internal handover to LabVantage Support upon project completion

What You Bring

• Fluency in French (C1 or above) and English - this is essential
• Minimum 2 years' experience in laboratory informatics, with strong LIMS knowledge
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• 3-5 years in a consulting or customer-facing delivery role
• 2-3 years in business analysis and/or business process re-engineering
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Life Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering)
• Strong documentation, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently within a global, distributed project team
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe
• Familiarity with GDPR and regulated laboratory environments

What We Offer

• Salary: €65,000 - €85,000 gross/year (base), depending on experience and qualifications
• Performance bonus: up to 10%
