MVG - Microwave Vision Group is seeking a Service Operations Manager to lead the After-Sales & Services organization across EMEA and APAC, acting as the central operational authority for tiered service delivery. You will own the service operations lifecycle from intake to resolution and drive continuous improvement in performance.
You will manage distributed technical teams, engage senior stakeholders, track KPIs, and collaborate with commercial teams to unlock upsell and renewal opportunities
