* By Roberte OkoyaContext: The team is responsible for the group's overall continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline. As part of a continuous improvement and data-driven approach, we want to measure not only the efficiency of our pipelines, but also the overall health of our development (quality, security, compliance). It is within this framework that the project to create an internal tool for collecting and centralizing key performance indicators (KPIs) for our CI/CD pipelines, code quality, and security (DevSecOps) is situated.
MISSION: 1. Industrialize and ensure the long-term viability of the tool's development: – Design and develop a robust REST API using .
NET 10 to centralize and standardize the collection of metrics from our various CI/CD and quality/security tools. – Model, store, and index this heterogeneous data in Elasticsearch. – Create and test the first visual and dynamic dashboards using Kibana to consolidate and present these key indicators. – Prepare the technological transition to the final target, which will include a user interface using Angular (based on the Kibana prototype).2. Provide a DevOps & SecOps (Quality/Security) perspective: – Interface with build/deployment tool APIs to extract technical data. – Retrieve and centralize code quality, application security (SAST), and dependency management (SCA) metrics. – Translate this data into clear, actionable indicators (e.g., technical debt trends, test coverage rates, presence of critical vulnerabilities, package compliance).3. Provide technical leadership and mentoring (tutoring): – Supervise the intern working on the project on a daily basis. – Ensure code quality (clean code, code reviews, unit tests) and share best development and architecture practices.
Specific Expertise: To successfully complete this mission, the service provider must mobilize and demonstrate the following
skills:
1. Development Expertise (Backend & API) – .
NET Design: Advanced mastery of the C# language and the .
NET ecosystem (recent versions, ideally .
NET 8, 9 or 10). – API Architecture: Design of high-performance, secure and documented REST APIs (Swagger / OpenAPI) dedicated to data stream ingestion.2. Expertise in "Data & Visualization" (ELK Stack) – Elasticsearch: Data modeling (mappings, indexing) and optimized querying for large volumes of metrics. – Kibana: Design of operational dashboards, mastery of temporal data visualizations and log/metric analysis.3. DevOps/CI/CD Expertise and Culture (The Real Business Advantage) – Practical experience interfacing with the APIs of leading market tools: GitLab CI, TeamCity, or Jenkins. – In-depth understanding of key performance metrics in a software delivery cycle.4. Engineering Practices & Soft Skills – Mentoring / Technical Leadership: Proven ability to guide, develop, and structure the work of a junior/apprentice profile. – Agile Methodologies & Craftsmanship: Clean Code, CI/CD applied to the tool itself, systematic code reviews. – Angular Awareness (a plus): Knowledge of or experience with Angular to anticipate future developments of the graphical interface.
Application: CV + cover letter + copies of diplomas to be sent to contact@keoni.fr
