Your mission will be to eliminate administrative overhead for Doctolib's customer-facing teams (Sales, Account Management, and Product Support) so that every minute spent with a customer goes entirely to conversation and expert judgment.
You will work in a feature team developing the Workstations: a single, modular interface that brings together information from all our systems and lets teams act in all of them. From planning who to contact, to preparing with an instant customer brief, to live AI suggestions and automatic follow-up, you will contribute directly to transforming how thousands of colleagues work and, through them, the quality of service delivered to healthcare professionals and patients.
Working in the tech team at Doctolib means building innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients.## Your impactYour responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Build and ship reusable frontend modules, each exposed behind a clear API or MCP, ensuring strong modularity across different appShell
* Integrate AI capabilities directly into real workflows: live transcription, intent detection, summarisation, CRM auto-filling, and agents operating with the same permissions and audit trail as the UI
* Connect and extract logic from existing systems (Salesforce, core platform, billing, telephony) and expose them as standalone, maintainable services
* Drive make-or-buy decisions by evaluating third-party tools against Doctolib's technical criteria for scale, security, and multi-country requirements
* Partner closely with end users (Sales, Account Management, Support) and Product Managers through user interviews, prototypes, and rapid feedback loops to turn complex workflows into simple products
* Define and track quality metrics — latency, accuracy of AI suggestions, share of tasks completed within the workstation — and use them to drive continuous improvement
* Raise the bar for the team through rigorous code reviews, technical design leadership, and mentoring
* You will also help rethink our SDLC with AI at its core: automated code review, and making sure our agents always have the right context to do useful work## Life at Doctolib Tech* Our solutions are built on a single fully cloud-native platform that supports web and mobile app interfaces, multiple languages, and is adapted to country and healthcare specialty requirements.
* Our stack is composed of Rails, TypeScript, Java, Python, Kotlin, Swift, and React Native.
* We leverage AI ethically across our products to empower patients and health professionals. Discover our AI vision here.
