Nexans’ MyClick HRIS on SAP SuccessFactors is the backbone of our HR function, serving 14,000 records, 8,500 users across 22 countries. The role covers Europe operations and Core HR ownership, ensuring a coherent ecosystem beyond a single suite.
You will bridge local HR teams, IT and data partners, lead Core HR evolution, oversee SaaS releases, and explore AI-enabled HR improvements to make the HR landscape more reliable and user-friendly.
