Senior ERP Consultant & Delivery Lead France

Portcities is seeking a driven and hands-on Delivery Manager—Consulting to lead our France consulting team. This role focuses on delivering excellence in project execution in line with our methodology and client commitments, and on building team leverage through coaching, standards, and best practices. You will oversee project outcomes, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency, contributing to consulting performance and overall business impact.

Job Description

Drive Consulting Income

• Monitor and improve the team's invoiceability.
• Be involved and accountable for the consulting income: ensure the team is invoiceable and help identify projects when needed. Defend the invoiceability of your team.
• Support the sales team in closing deals by providing delivery insights and building confidence in our execution.
• Identify and negotiate change requests to minimize credit notes and maximize revenue.
• Forecast consulting income accurately and track deviations from the plan. Take timely corrective action if deviations occur.
• Ensure proper resource booking and project allocation to optimize team utilization.
• Control project scope and deliverables.

Customer Satisfaction

• Guide the team to better manage client relationships through clear communication, transparency about risks, and delivery of high-ROI solutions.
• Foster proactivity and responsiveness by creating a sense of urgency and responsibility within the team.
• Personally handle escalations when team leaders or consultants cannot resolve issues independently.
• Be actively involved in critical negotiations to protect customer relationships and Portcities.

Team Development

• Lead and mentor the consulting team to ensure performance and development.
• Oversee coaching and implement performance management processes in line with company expectations.

Professionalism & Culture

• Ensure compliance with internal policies (e.g., timesheets, WFO/WFH, work schedules).
• Promote a culture of accountability, discipline, and alignment with Portcities’ operational standards.
• Lead by example in the office and with your team to cultivate a professional and productive work environment. Enforce standards in work ethics, attire, communication, and proper use of company resources.
• Organize and co-lead France’s internal management meetings, ensuring follow-through on action plans and alignment with broader company goals. Foster initiative and collaboration.

Requirements

• Master's degree (or BAC+5) in Information System/Computer Science/Business/Accounting/Management. A master's degree in business management is an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of ERP experience, with Odoo experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP system, including configuration and customization.
• Good communication, presentation, and writing skills in English.
• Proven experience as an Odoo Consultant or similar role.
• Odoo certification(s) or equivalent industry certifications.
• Knowledge of other ERP systems and business applications.
• Language Skills: Native/Fluent in French is required; professional proficiency in English is required.
• Work Authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization in France to be considered.
• The position is based in Marseille; candidates must be located in Marseille or willing to relocate.

• Base Salary: EUR 46,000 to EUR 66,000 gross per year, depending on profile and experience.
