The successful candidate will bring deep commercial experience from Email, Martech and/or CPaaS environments, with a strong understanding of subscription, consumption-based and platform-led business models. They will lead teams that sell across the full Sinch portfolio -messaging, email, voice, applications and wider customer communications solutions - and will build effective sales, customer success and go-to-market motions that enable growth at scale.
Key responsibilities

Accelerating net new customer acquisition through a high-velocity, data-led sales motion.
Expanding revenue and gross profit across the existing base of more than 80,000 SMB and self-serve customers through disciplined account growth, cross-sell and customer success motions.
Building and leading a highly productive sales organization that can manage territories, segments and customer portfolios at scale.
Driving adoption across the full Sinch portfolio, including messaging, email, voice, applications and broader customer communications solutions.
Creating repeatable acquisition, onboarding, expansion and retention motions in partnership with marketing, product, customer success, operations and finance.
Using data, pipeline insight, customer segmentation and performance metrics to improve productivity, forecasting accuracy and conversion across the funnel.
Implementing pricing and packaging approaches that balance growth, profitability and market competitiveness.
Championing Sinch’s culture by living our values, building strong teams and acting as an inspiring role model for the organization.
The role is based in France, Paris or UK, London. You will report to the Executive Vice President for EMEA who is based in Stockholm, Sweden. Regular travel, primarily within the region, will be required.
