Senior Director Olympus Repair Center, France

Your Responsibilities

• Translation of corporate and regional objectives into clear, measurable site-level KPIs
• Management of profitability and cost efficiency through full P&L ownership
• Management of SQDCP results for all operational areas
• Implementation of customer-focused service innovations and continuous improvement initiatives
• Development and leadership of cross-functional teams in Operations, Engineering, Logistics, and Production Control
• Enforcement of compliance with quality, health & safety, environmental, and legal standards
• Monitoring, analysis, and reporting of operational results and development plans
• Promotion of cross-unit collaboration and stakeholder alignment with regional repair leadership
• Execution of change initiatives with a focus on performance, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Representation of company values through transparent communication and integrity-driven leadership

Your Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• 7+ years of leadership experience in a complex repair production or manufacturing environment
• Proven track record in managing full P&L responsibility and driving operational performance
• Expertise in LEAN, continuous improvement, and service delivery within matrix organizations
• Strong leadership and people development skills with experience managing technical teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including strategic customer relationships
• High level of organizational planning and structured problem-solving
• Financially astute with solid commercial understanding
• Demonstrated ability to drive cultural and organizational change
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
