Job description

AODocs invites you to join the EMEA Services team as a senior business consultant. This team supports customers—both key accounts and SMEs—in their digital transformation through solutions such as AODocs for building business applications, ERP/CRM integrations, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage AODocs projects and oversee integration projects in complex ecosystems (ERP, CRM, cloud applications).
• Conduct pre‑sales activities, including proof‑of‑concept demonstrations, commercial proposal preparation, and client scoping workshops.
• Redesign processes and provide business or IT support, delivering process audit and improvement recommendations.
• Supervise large‑scale assessment projects, strategizing deployment solutions.
• Work with diverse clients and internal teams across HR, legal, operations, R&D, and purchasing.
• Deliver functional workshops, user test supervision, training, and technical/functional specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers on deployment projects and provide project management support.

Required Profile

• 5+ years of experience in IT consulting or industry, with a track record implementing ERP, ECM, CRM, or similar solutions.
• Driven to diversify business skill sets and actively contribute to team growth.
• Motivated, dynamic, and eager to thrive in a challenging environment.
• French: native; English: professional proficiency.
• Strong analytical, proactive, and collaborative mindset with excellent written and oral communication.

Other Appreciated Qualities

• Knowledge of Google Workspace / Office 365 collaborative suites.
• Experience with ECM technologies.
• Proficiency in a third language (Spanish or German).
