This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a GEOINT Analyst, Scams based in France.

As a GEOINT Analyst, you will help identify and disrupt organized scam operations, including romance fraud, investment scams, and large-scale criminal networks.

You will use geospatial intelligence, satellite imagery, commercial location data, and open-source intelligence to locate scam compounds and identify the people behind them.

By combining location intelligence with blockchain data and other investigative sources, you will uncover connections, track movements, and develop actionable intelligence.

Your findings will support law enforcement and government partners in targeting criminal networks and protecting victims from financial harm.

Working alongside threat intelligence specialists and investigators, you will contribute to a collaborative, mission-driven team operating at the intersection of technology, intelligence, and crime prevention.

This remote opportunity offers significant autonomy, complex investigative challenges, and the chance to apply advanced analytical techniques to real-world threats.

You will thrive in a fast-paced, international environment where initiative, sound judgment, AI fluency, and high-quality intelligence directly contribute to meaningful outcomes.

Accountabilities

  • Locate and monitor scam compounds: Use satellite and aerial imagery, geolocation techniques, and open-source geospatial data to identify scam facilities and track changes over time, including construction, expansion, and relocation following law enforcement raids.

  • Conduct location-based investigations: Leverage commercial location data, mobile advertising identifiers, bidstream data, IP geolocation, and other location-bearing telemetry to associate people and devices with specific locations and establish patterns of activity.

  • Develop intelligence on criminal networks: Combine geospatial intelligence with blockchain attribution, open-source intelligence (OSINT), and commercially available datasets to identify operators, controllers, associates, and movement patterns.

  • Connect investigative leads: Pivot from individual addresses, IP addresses, photographs, coordinates, or victim reports to uncover broader networks, identify relevant locations, and determine the individuals responsible for criminal operations.

  • Build actionable targeting packages: Transform complex, multi-source findings into structured intelligence products that support investigative priorities, operational planning, and disruption activities.

  • Collaborate with intelligence specialists: Work closely with threat intelligence analysts, cyber threat intelligence specialists, and all-source investigators to translate disruption strategies into actionable leads for law enforcement and government partners.

  • Apply advanced analytical methods: Correlate disparate datasets, evaluate evidence, assess confidence levels, and document defensible analytical conclusions and attribution assessments.

  • Leverage AI in investigative workflows: Use AI tools to accelerate research, synthesize information, structure complex problems, improve analytical quality, and produce intelligence outputs more efficiently.

  • Maintain clear intelligence documentation: Prepare concise investigative memoranda, attribution reports, and operational leads that explain analytical methods, supporting evidence, confidence levels, and recommended next steps.

  • Support time-sensitive operations: Participate in regular team coordination and asynchronous updates, document work in investigative systems, and provide additional availability during critical disruption windows when required.

Requirements

  • Relevant professional experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in geospatial intelligence (GEOINT), imagery analysis, or location-based targeting, gained through military intelligence, government intelligence agencies, law enforcement, or an equivalent private-sector intelligence environment.

  • Geolocation and imagery analysis: Proven ability to geolocate photographs, videos, IP addresses, and coordinates accurately, explain the methodology used, and communicate the confidence and limitations of findings.

  • Commercial location data expertise: Experience working with mobile advertising identifiers, bidstream data, or other commercially available location datasets is strongly preferred, particularly when combined with traditional GEOINT capabilities.

  • Open-source investigative skills: Ability to conduct effective investigations using open-
