Role Summary
As a Senior Quantitative Trader, you will play a key role in the research, development, execution and ongoing enhancement of systematic, data-driven trading strategies across financial markets. Working closely with Trading, Technology and Risk teams, you will help drive the evolution of a scalable, automated trading environment while maintaining a strong focus on performance, risk management and operational excellence. You will develop a deep understanding of strategy behaviour, proactively monitor performance, identify anomalies and changing market dynamics, and implement enhancements to optimise outcomes.
