The Position
- Drive the commercial development of the company’s portfolio across France, with a strong focus on the hospital market.
- Take a leading role in the launch of a new product in France, with a particular focus on securing the first patient treatments and driving adoption among eligible patients.
- Achieve the financial and commercial objectives set for the territory and contribute to the long-term growth of the business.
- Ensure that the company’s products are known, available and appropriately used by eligible patients.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of healthcare professionals, KOLs, hospital pharmacists and other key stakeholders.
- Build a detailed understanding of customers, hospital decision-making processes, treatment pathways and the different stakeholders involved in the decision-making unit.
- Identify market opportunities and develop targeted action plans based on customer segmentation and targeting.
- Create value for customers and develop long-term, trust-based relationships within the hospital environment.
- Take the lead in customer co-creation initiatives, including relevant scientific projects, meetings and materials, in line with the product strategy.
- Manage and contribute to hospital tender processes in France, in close collaboration with internal teams.
- Differentiate the company’s products through a strong understanding of customer needs, clinical value and the competitive environment.
- Monitor competitors, market developments and customer needs in order to anticipate opportunities and make effective business decisions.
- Optimise the use of promotional resources by identifying high-impact activities aligned with the product strategy.
- Work closely with international Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory and Quality teams.
- Provide timely and relevant field information to internal teams, including customer feedback, product complaints and potential pharmacovigilance cases.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with French regulations and applicable promotional and ethical guidelines.
