Description
Our client is looking for a Business Analyst to analyze the operations and to develop system solutions to business problems This project will manage the planning and oversight of multiple information systems investment initiatives in a fast-paced environment, providing direction on technical requirement reviews and capacity planning, and establishing timelines for competing priorities to support an ERP implementation.
Sample Tasks
- Engage departments to analyze operations and processes; identify improvement opportunities.
- Gather, document, and manage business requirements; create functional designs and user stories.
- Collaborate on solution design or system modifications; ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Support testing activities (test cases, scripts) and user acceptance; develop user documentation and manuals.
- Coordinate change initiatives; facilitate adoption and integration with enterprise applications.
- Track benefits and outcomes
- Maintain requirements traceability.
The work is to be done with a hybrid work schedule.
Skills Required
- A bachelor's degree.
- Five years of related experience.
- Experience with requirement gathering, establishing goals, operating procedures, and workflows.
- Knowledge of workflow analysis and lean improvement techniques.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
