United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) is seeking an expert to transform NDC 3.0 water sector measures into an operational investment plan and a portfolio of bankable projects for Morocco. You will conduct multi-criteria analyses, refine costing, and coordinate with a financial structuring expert while mobilizing MTEDD, Water Department, river basin agencies, and ONEE through consultations.
