Airbus Commercial Aircraft in Toulouse is seeking a Human and Organisational Factors (HOF) Specialist in Robotics to join our HOF Center of Expertise on site. You will lead HOF studies for robotics and industrial machines to improve safety, efficiency, and operator wellbeing.
We expect a background in Human Factors (10+ years) with strong qualitative/quantitative research and HMI standards, and you will train teams and collaborate with UX and robotics engineers across Agile/Waterfall.
