Private Equity Associate — AI Evaluation

Build and review private-equity exercises covering investment screening, leveraged buyouts and portfolio decisions.

What you will do

• Create tasks around CIM screening, LBO analysis and portfolio-company monitoring.
• Build and stress-test capital structures, operating cases, IRR and MOIC calculations.
• Write investment-committee analysis explaining the thesis, principal risks, value-creation options and exit cases.
• Assess diligence findings and propose defensible risk mitigations.
• Evaluate generated work for financial accuracy and investment judgment, and help refine review criteria.

Preferred background

• Two to six or more years in private equity, directly or following investment banking, at a mid-market, growth or large-cap fund.
• An MBA, finance master's or comparable advanced study; highly regarded programs are valued.
• Experience producing LBO models and investment memoranda for principal or partner review.
• Participation in transaction diligence and risk assessment, clear professional writing and sound judgment under uncertainty.
• Ability to deliver careful work against agreed requirements.

Pay and engagement

$48-$105/hour
