The role owns the delivery of exploration partnerships from start to finish, turning geological data and AI outputs into prioritized targets and real mining assets. It requires organizing geologists, data scientists and AI engineers around partner milestones while building trust with mining executives and field teams. A strong candidate brings several years of steering complex, ambiguous projects in consulting, tech deployment or mining development, plus the commercial sense to spot expansion and translate field needs into product features.
