Pennylane is seeking an experienced People Operations Specialist to join a fast-growing team covering Europe. You will work with the Head of People Operations and the team to support a scalable PeopleOps function, focusing on HR operations, reporting, and automation.
You will partner with HRBPs across multiple countries, ensure data integrity, and drive efficiency through tooling and process improvements, while championing a remote-friendly, inclusive culture.
