About the Role
This role serves as a member of the Territory Leadership Team (TLT) and partners directly with the Territory VP/GM and senior leaders across Commercial, Planning, Marketplace Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, HR and Operations. It acts as the primary connector between Territory, Geography and Enterprise teams to drive alignment, accelerate decision-making and improve business performance. The leader serves as the operational advisor to the Territory VP/GM and the TLT, shaping the territory operations agenda, driving integrated planning and governance, and ensuring operational readiness across the marketplace. The role helps influence strategic decisions, strengthen the operating model and accelerate adoption of enterprise capabilities that improve business performance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as operational advisor to the Territory VP/GM and a member of the Territory Leadership Team, representing the operations agenda and providing integrated business insights to support strategic decisions.
- Lead Integrated Business Execution (IBE) and facilitate development of the Integrated Territory Plan.
- Drive seasonal planning and readiness through a consistent IBE/IBA process.
- Partner with the VP/GM and Territory Leadership Team to align priorities, risks, opportunities and investments.
- Shape and strengthen the Territory-EHQ operating model to enable faster, more integrated decision-making.
- Lead operational governance, business performance reviews and execution tracking.
- Act as the primary operational connector across Planning, Marketplace Supply Chain, Logistics, Commercial and Finance.
- Drive adoption of enterprise capabilities, partner integration solutions and AI-enabled ways of working.
- Influence senior stakeholders to align on trade-offs and actions required to deliver business results.
- Champion continuous improvement, innovation and organisational readiness across the territory business.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Strategic operations leader who thrives in complex, matrixed environments and brings a strong combination of business acumen, operational excellence and enterprise influence.
- Deep expertise in Integrated Business Planning, Operations and business execution.
- Strong understanding of how operational decisions influence business outcomes.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and align teams around shared priorities.
- Advanced analytical, storytelling and performance management capabilities.
- Experience leading large-scale change and capability adoption.
- Strong judgement and decision-making skills in ambiguous environments.
- Experience leveraging enterprise capabilities, partner integration solutions and AI-enabled ways of working to unlock value.
- A continuous improvement mindset and passion for operational excellence.
