The Exploration Company is seeking a Head of Europe Government Sales to lead and scale our B2G sales efforts across Europe, including institutions such as ESA, EU and NATO. You will drive the sales strategy, manage complex, long-cycle bids, and build senior-level relationships with key decision makers.
You will coordinate with Programme teams to ensure bid deliverability, oversee pricing and contract negotiation, and guide a small sales team towards ambitious revenue targets.
