What you will do

1) Drive performance management

  • Own Riot’s performance framework: probation reviews, performance reviews, and improvement plans.
  • Support managers in assessing performance and making fair, consistent decisions.
  • Provide guidance on performance conversations.
  • Ensure performance processes remain simple, structured, and impactful.

2) Partner with managers on team effectiveness

  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers on people and team topics.
  • Support leaders in team organization, role clarity, and structure.
  • Help managers navigate complex people situations.
  • Identify organizational risks and opportunities early.

3) Develop Riot’s managers

  • Support managers in developing leadership skills and best practices.
  • Build frameworks and resources to help managers run effective teams.
  • Contribute to manager onboarding and development initiatives.

4) Support talent planning

  • Drive talent planning and succession thinking with leadership.
  • Help identify high‑potential employees and development opportunities.
  • Ensure Riot keeps the right people in the right roles as we scale.

5) Ensure legal compliance and manage People risk

  • Map and maintain Riot's People legal documents.
  • Ensure all mandatory workplace postings (affichages obligatoires) are compliant and up to date.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate People legal risks, escalating to external counsel when needed.
