JetSupport is seeking an MCC Supervisor at Paris Le Bourget (LFPB) to lead the Maintenance Control Center, coordinating between customers, technicians, stores, and leadership. You will translate priorities into daily actions, manage manpower, aircraft status, and resources, and report to Operations Manager LFPB.
You will align with the Amsterdam MCC to ensure Europe-wide coherence and directly supervise junior Maintenance Controllers, guiding performance under pressure.
