The Opportunity
You will join a team of 7 people covering infrastructure, network, and DevOps scopes, including 3 apprentices. The DevOps team consists of 2 engineers and 1 apprentice and plays a key role in the company’s cloud transformation and platform reliability.

Responsibilities
RUN – Reliability, production & continuous improvement
- Release Management / Deployment: orchestrate deployments through CI/CD pipelines, coordinate with application teams, ensure post‑deployment validation with monitoring and rollback if needed.
- On‑call / L2‑L3 Support: incident management, troubleshoot, maintain platform stability and availability, drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- SRE approach: improve system reliability, reduce MTTR, automate operations, enhance observability.
BUILD – Platform, cloud & industrialization
- Design and evolve Azure cloud infrastructures.
- Deploy and standardise environments using Infrastructure as Code.
- Build robust and secure CI/CD pipelines.
- Scale and industrialise Kubernetes platforms.
- Implement GitOps practices.
- Apply group‑wide DevOps and security standards.
- Contribute to high‑impact, business‑critical projects.
Tech stack
- Cloud: Azure (IaaS, PaaS, AKS)
- CI/CD: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions
- Containers & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes
- GitOps / CD: ArgoCD / Flux
- Packaging: Helm, Timoni
- IaC: Terraform
- Automation: Ansible, scripting (Bash, Python)
- Observability: Datadog, New Relic (metrics, logs, tracing)
- Systems: Linux (mainly), Windows Server
- Development / Digital solutions: Ruby, Node.js, Python
- Data / ETL: Kotlin, Talend
- Database: PostgreSQL (nice to have)
- Security: RBAC, IAM, DevSecOps, policy as code
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science (Bachelor’s or Master’s) or equivalent experience, with a strong background in DevOps / Cloud environments.
- Ability to apply and enforce technical standards.
- Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to challenge existing systems and propose improvements.
- Analytical skills and ability to prioritise in complex environments.
- Ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously with high standards.
- Ability to mentor junior profiles and actively share knowledge within the team.
- Professional proficiency in both French and English (international environment).
- Technical requirements:
- Strong experience with Azure and cloud environments.
- Solid experience running Kubernetes in production.
- Expertise in CI/CD and automation.
- Hands‑on experience with Infrastructure as Code.
- Strong knowledge of observability (monitoring, alerting, logging).
- Strong awareness of security practices (DevSecOps).
