When a player opens our game, the first thing they feel isn’t just the art — it’s the flow. The clarity. The delight in moving through the experience.
We’re looking for a Head of UI/UX who understands that great interface design is invisible — but unforgettable. You’ll lead a small team of designers, work closely with product and development, and define the visual language and usability standards across all our mobile titles.
This is a leadership role for someone who combines system thinking with hands‑on design craft — and has the portfolio to prove it.
What you’ll do
- Define and drive the overall UI/UX vision across all games
- Lead and mentor a team of UX and UI designers — helping them grow and execute at a high level
- Collaborate with game designers, PMs, and developers to bring ideas to life
- Build player flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished final assets
- Establish scalable design systems, UI libraries, and style guides
- Conduct (and support) user testing, UX research, and usability reviews
- Ensure accessibility, clarity, and visual consistency across every touchpoint
- Advocate for the player, and balance simplicity with creativity
Who you are
- 6+ years in UX/UI design, with at least 2 in a lead or head-of role
- Strong portfolio of mobile-first product or game UI/UX work
- Skilled in tools like Figma, Adobe CC, Unity UI systems, and prototyping software
- Deep understanding of interaction design, UX principles, and visual hierarchy
- Confident working with developers — from layout to asset delivery
- Experienced in balancing usability with brand and artistic direction
- A thoughtful leader — clear, empathetic, and confident in giving/receiving feedback
Nice to have
- Previous experience with mobile game interfaces (F2P, casual, or midcore)
- Familiarity with Unity UI implementation and technical constraints
- Experience with motion/interaction design (After Effects, Lottie, etc.)
- Passion for behavioral psychology and player-centric design
- Understanding of localization, accessibility, and multi-platform design
