Position Summary:

• CONTROLES INDUSTRIELS DE L’ETANG (CIE), a French subsidiary of MISTRAS Group Inc., is recruiting Industrial Radiologists for its agency in Martigues (13), France. The position is part of the company’s ongoing team expansion and business development in the field of radiographic Non-Destructive Testing (NDT).
• Depending on their experience, certifications, and training, Industrial Radiologists will perform NDT activities related to maintenance and manufacturing in the field of industrial radiology. The role involves providing technical services at customer sites across various industrial sectors while complying with established quality and safety procedures. Work is primarily performed during night shifts and other non-standard working hours.

Responsibilities:

• Perform Non-Destructive Testing activities in the field of industrial radiology.
• Conduct radiographic inspections for maintenance and manufacturing applications.
• Perform technical inspection services at customer sites.
• Work in accordance with company quality and safety procedures.
• Carry out inspection activities across various sectors, including:
• Steel
• Maritime
• Nuclear
• Energy
• Perform inspection activities based on applicable experience, certifications, and training.
• Work primarily during night shifts and other non-standard working hours.
• Prepare required technical and inspection documentation.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

• Experienced Industrial Radiologists are eligible to apply.
• Candidates with NDT training may also be considered.
• NDT training is preferred.
• Certification Requirements
• CAMARI Gamma certification is required.
• CAMARI X certification is considered an advantage.
• Strong professional conduct.
• High level of rigor and attention to detail.
• Strong sense of responsibility.
• Good written communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to perform work in accordance with quality and safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Availability for occasional short-term travel within France and internationally.
• Good physical condition.
• Valid Category B driving license.
• Ability to work primarily during night shifts and other non-standard working hours.
• Position based in Martigues (13), France.
