Alfa Laval seeks a Division Manager, Food & Pharma, to lead the France and Northwest Africa Sales Company. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will drive the division’s profitable growth, performance, and strategic direction.
This role requires developing high-performing leadership teams, aligning stakeholders around a clear vision, and translating ambitious growth objectives into tangible results. Frequent travel and international exposure are expected.
