Lead the data agenda within your domain to inform business decisions, uncover hidden opportunities, and resolve performance bottlenecks.
Collaborate with Analytics Engineers, Data Scientists, and the Data Platform team to ensure scalable, consistent, and actionable analytics.
Analyze and optimize domain-specific processes, dashboards, and metrics for continuous improvement and clarity.
Ensure high quality and operational excellence across data models, semantic layers, and analytics delivery.
Proactively identify opportunities for advanced analytics, domain-specific algorithms, and data-driven innovations.
Promote a culture of data literacy and data-driven decision-making within the domain.

Proven experience of 5+ years in data analytics, business intelligence, or strategy
Solid understanding of SQL, BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Metabase), and data modeling concepts
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities; able to translate strategic goals into actionable insights
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Data-driven, structured, and continuously seeking improvements
Fluent in English and French.
