Context: As part of the Digital Web Solutions teams working on the Customer Area product, you will join a dynamic and friendly team composed of Scrums, developers, and Tech Leads, organized into product teams (\"feature teams\"). You will put your web technical skills to work for our Property & Casualty, Life, Legal Protection, Claims, and Assistance business lines. At a time when omnichannel journeys primarily begin digitally, this role offers an opportunity to actively contribute to the company's strategy by taking charge of the front-end and back-end development of the Customer Area user journeys.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the design and development of front-to-back web journeys using Java and Angular technologies. Working within an agile framework, you will contribute to \"business journey\" products and carry out the following activities: Front-End Development
• Design and implement interactive and responsive user interfaces using Angular technology.
• Perform unit and integration testing.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Proxy Product Owners to ensure an optimal user experience.
• Ensure compatibility and performance optimization across different browsers and devices.
Back-End Development
• Develop and maintain robust and scalable Java APIs.
• Integrate databases and ensure secure data management.
• Participate in system architecture and design to guarantee reliability, robustness, and scalability.
Collaboration and Project Management
• Work closely with product marketing teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Participate in agile ceremonies.
• Contribute to code reviews to continuously improve development processes.
• Create technical documentation: technical specifications, technical stories, sequence diagrams, and API documentation.
Required Skills
• Higher education in computer science.
• Proven experience of at least 6 to 8 years in full-stack web development, particularly on consumer web applications.
• Proficiency in UX/UI techniques.
• Proficiency in Angular technologies, ideally versions 16 to 20.
• Proficiency in Java, WildFly application servers, and especially Quarkus.
• Good knowledge of CI/CD and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of JSF/Jahia would be a plus.
• Ability to work on service development and across the entire application chain.
• Good understanding of agile methodologies and ability to work in a team.
• Proficiency in collaborative tools: Jira, Confluence, Trello, Teams, etc.
• Autonomy, rigor, and adherence to standards.
• Excellent knowledge of the web, enabling the ability to advise Product Owners and Product Owners and propose innovative solutions.
