Responsibilities
- Work closely with the sales team during customer meetings to present and promote our power stability and grid utilities solutions
- Review and interpret customer specifications to propose the best solution from our portfolio of solutions and products
- Prepare clear and concise technical proposals, including deviations from customer requirements
- Travel within France and internationally to visit customers as part of the tendering process
- Lead technical negotiation meetings with customers
- Compile cost lists for proposed solutions with the support of key contributors
- Optimize costs by challenging contributors
- Provide technical expertise and support to sales directors and commercial operations teams
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering / Power Electronics (engineering school or equivalent)
- At least 5–10 years of experience in electrical/power electronics
- Strong knowledge of HV grid stabilization applications for TSOs/DSOs (synchronous condenser systems, STATCOMs, or BESS-based hybrid solutions)
- Ability to work independently within a matrix organization
- Good organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work concurrently on multiple topics and/or multiple bids
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent English is required
- Strong commitment to safety, quality and customer satisfaction
