Cosun's Mons-en-Barœul site seeks a Process Technologist to design, test and optimise protein production from brewer's spent grain. You will drive data-driven decisions, ensure process stability, and support start-up and ramp-up with cross-functional teams.
The role requires a degree in Process Engineering, experience in food manufacturing, knowledge of proteins/chemistry/biochemistry, and familiarity with TPM, HACCP, ATEX and FSSC standards.
