Müller's Solutions is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager with mandatory Airline/Aviation industry background to lead end-to-end IT service delivery for airline clients in Saudi Arabia.
You will manage client relationships, ensure SLA/KPI compliance, coordinate IT and operations teams, and drive continuous improvement while applying ITIL-based practices in a fast-paced, multinational environment. Strong English communication and experience with international clients are required.
