* Technical Expert – IBM Z/OS MainframeCONTEXT: The technical management is looking for a "Mainframe Technical Expert" to act as a mainframe expert in an IBM Z/OS environment.
MISSIONS:
This role involves developing and maintaining Mainframe tools and providing technical project support. You have a proven track record in project support and possess strong knowledge of Mainframe systems. You will also act as a backup for the network infrastructure. Responsibilities include: contributing to Mainframe operational activities:
• Supporting technical projects,
• Running Mainframe applications for the department,
• Developing and maintaining the infrastructure offering and the Mainframe technical foundation,
• Optimizing processes,
• Contributing to standards and best practices for the Technical Department. Providing Level 1 network support.
SKILLS Required Skills and Experience
• General mastery of the Mainframe technical foundation,
• WebSphere MQ and Endevor management
• Use of STROBE, MAINVIEW, and PLATINUM
• Use of CTRL-M and Connect Express
• Analysis of DB2 access strategies
• Proficiency with zOS and DB2 utilities
• Interest in networking
• English (frequent interaction with teams in India and Romania)
• Knowledge of incident, problem, and change management procedures
• More than 5 years of experience in a Mainframe environment in a similar roleDesired Expertise:
• Banking and/or payment methods experience
• Experience with the ecosystem and organization
• Knowledge of the functional area of electronic payments and payment systems
• Familiarity with the AGILE PROJECT methodologyBehavioral

• Proactive approach REQUIRED LEVELS FOR THE POSITION
• Level 2: Proven experience in a similar role JCL, Cobol, DB2, MQ, IMS, CICS, NDV, TOM
