Edenred is seeking a Salesforce Ops Manager to lead SRE and incidents within a scaled digital platform. You will drive reliability, proactive monitoring, and lifecycle orchestration for Salesforce-powered systems supporting client-facing products.
You'll manage a team, define improvement vision, track KPIs, and collaborate with Product/Tech/Design to embed resilience in new developments and releases. Strong leadership and English communication are essential.
