Four Seasons Bora Bora is seeking an Executive Sous-Chef to lead the culinary operations across the resort's kitchens, pastry, employee cafeteria and stewarding, ensuring top quality and consistent service.
You will drive menu development, uphold HACCP standards, manage the department budget, and collaborate with F&B leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences on a private island resort. You will also contribute to sustainable practices and develop a high-performing culinary team.
