Kapa makes technical knowledge instantly accessible through AI assistants. As a software engineer you will work across the stack on the Kapa systems that answer thousands of developer questions per day. You will scale the RAG engine and experiment with analytics features while maintaining client integrations and the React SDK.
You will collaborate closely with the founding team and research engineers, applying ML/NLP interests to improve systems in a fast-paced environment.
