- Author objective, precise, and non-guessable question-and-answer sets based on multi-part CAD assemblies.
- Analyze complex mechanical designs to craft technical questions focusing on geometry and assembly relations.
- Ensure each question has an exact, verifiable answer requiring domain expertise.
- Deliver high-quality written content demonstrating clarity and technical accuracy.
- Collaborate asynchronously to clarify requirements, review feedback, and iterate on deliverables.
- Document insights or ambiguities encountered during the authoring process.
Position: FreeCAD Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $40 - $80/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week
Role Responsibilities
- Author objective, precise, and non-guessable question-and-answer sets based on multi-part CAD assemblies.

Requirements
- Extensive background in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or industrial design with strong CAD knowledge.
- Significant experience with multi-part assemblies and interpreting engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with FreeCAD or comparable CAD platforms.
- Proficiency in communicating complex technical concepts clearly in written and verbal formats.
- Demonstrated ability to author detailed technical questions or training material for engineering applications.
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to producing objective, assessment-ready content.
